Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Analise Stevenson began her dance training at the early age of three years old. Her pre-professional training included regular technical training, performing with non-profit companies and competing at many competitions nation-wide such as NYCDA, YAGP, and NUVO. By the age of thirteen, Analise began traveling to attend various summer dance intensives with University of North Carolina School of the Arts, the Bolshoi Ballet, Burklyn Ballet Theater, and the School of Russian Ballet. She had the opportunity to perform in many ballets such as The Nutcracker, Copelia, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Don Quixote, Raymonda, Graduation Ball, and Alice in Wonderland.
Recognizing that her passion for dance was something that she wanted to make a career of, Analise went on to attend Brigham Young University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, emphasizing in Ballet. While attending BYU, she performed with the Ballet Showcase Company and had the opportunity to teach jazz technique classes at the university. She went on to pursue her love for teaching by serving as Ballet Artistic Director at Charisma Dance Studio from 2019-2021, as well coaching and choreographing award-winning competitive routines. Analise is excited to continue spreading her love for dance students of all ages and experience levels within the Alabama community.
